It is a good reminder for me too. On that note, I am doing an adventure race for the first time a few weeks from now.Mrs. Letailleurhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11825844409966958034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5437530886114278864.post-14830791858738522522011-08-11T09:48:40.255-06:002011-08-11T09:48:40.255-06:00Ha! I think I could use a bit more "skinny jeans" in my practice though, because I've been hanging out at the "comfy sweats" level for many years now. I practice nearly every morning, but I don't really progress much. Probably this is because I can't seem to get my lazy ass to an actual class, so I just rely on video tapes (yes... they're so old they're actual VHS tapes). Plus... I think that my shoulders just don't move the way most people's do. How on earth anybody can get their arms into reverse Namaste is just beyond my understanding. Plus, all these years later, my fingers STILL go numb in down dog. Sigh... some day....EcoCatLadyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15704811319510740473noreply@blogger.com
